Pilot → Sprint → Ops

Start with a ticket, then decide what comes next.

Every request is reviewed for scope and feasibility before work is accepted. The Pilot is the primary entry point.

Primary entry point

Founding Pilot — limited availability

Submit one bounded task for scope and feasibility review. Some selected prospects may be offered a Pilot at no cost during the initial phase; this is not a permanent free service.

A request is reviewed first and is not accepted automatically.

Provisional ongoing offer

Sprint

$1,500/month

Bounded accepted work with code, tests and handoff as a PR or release. The provisional limit is one accepted ticket active at a time. Exact ticket size and cadence need confirmation.

Sprint is discussed after human review; it does not include unlimited capacity.

Next stage

Ops

Ops is a later stage. Its scope, availability and terms will be defined before it is offered.
